Description

As required by the bylaws of the IEC, CenTex Chapter, I am pleased to invite you to participate in the 2024 Annual Membership Business Meeting. Along with Chapter updates and information, the Contractor Membership will conduct the election of chapter officers and directors for FY2025.

During the annual business meeting the Executive Director will present a state of the association to membership, including our strategic plan, financial status, membership development, training statistics, networking events and governmental engagement. 

In addition to the State of The Chapter address by the Executive Director, the membership will be conducting elections to the Board of Directors. The following is a slate of chapter members nominated to serve on the 2025 Board of Directors.

  • Vice President: Randy Pomikahl
  • Secretary: Barry Williams
  • Treasurer: Matt Tolbert
  • Immediate Past President: Jerry Roudebush
  • General Director: Jesse Beckett [term 2025-2026]
  • Associate Director: Chris Petty [term 2025-2026]   
    • Jim Sunvison [term 2024-2025] previously elected
    • Rita Conner [term 2024-2025] previously elected

Also, Guest speaker Laura Fowler with The Fowler Law Firm will be presenting the “US Election Impact: Preparing for the Year Ahead” exploring the implications and providing practical advice on navigating the Tax and Legal evolving landscape.
