Registration is OPEN for Cooking Teams and Sponsors at the CenTex IEC BBQ Cook-off and Family Fun Day at Camp Twin Lakes in Cedar Park. Must be an IEC Contractor Member, Industry Partner or Associate Member to register and compete in our Cook-off.
Cook-Off Categories Include: Blind, Dutch Oven Dessert, Chicken, Spare Ribs and Brisket.

Inspection of Cooking Sites (2pm–3pm)
Cooks Meeting – Mystery “Blind Item” Provided & Containers (4:30pm)
Private Company Parties (5pm–11pm No one under 18)
Blind Category Judging (Turn-In at 7pm)
Dutch Oven Dessert Judging (Turn-In at 8pm)

Apprentice Family Lunch (11:30am–2pm Must have Postcard/Ticket)
